  • The Kid Zone!

Welcome to the "Kid" Zone!

As a Homeschool Mom, I am passionate about education! Here are a few resources and fun activities for the "kids!"

Coloring Pages

Enjoy some custom printable coloring pages of our herd! Please share your masterpieces with us - we can feature them on the website with your parent's permission!

"Polly"

Polly is black and white in real life, but you can make her any color you want! Maybe add some pizazz!

"Richie"

Richie is blonde and white, but we bet you can make him look even cooler while he enjoys snacking on his pumpkin!

"Dover," "Harry," and "Trenton

We like to call these boys "The Three Amigos." They are best buds! They are all brown, black, and white. Use your creativity to make them all look awesome while they reach for the yummy leaves!

States and Capitals

Fun Fact: In true "Homeschool Mom" fashion, we decided to name some of our goats after State Capitals in order of ratification of the Constitution! What a fun way to learn about States and Capitals!

Dover

1

Our very own Delaware was the first State to ratify the Constitution of the United States on December 7, 1787! This is why it is commonly known as "The First State!" Dover is the Capital of the First Great State of the USA! Meet sweet Dover!

Harrisburg "Harry"

2

Pennsylvania was the second State to ratify the Constitution of the United States on December 12, 1787! Harrisburg is the State Capital of Pennsylvania. "Harry" is the loudest and proudest goat and you'll hear us respond with "We love you too, Harry!"

Trenton

3

New Jersey was the third State to sign the Constitution of the United States on December 18, 1787!  Trenton is the State Capital of New Jersey! Meet Trenton - he is brave and handsome!

Atlanta

4

Georgia was the fourth State to ratify the US Constitution on January 2, 1788.  The Capital of Georgia is Atlanta.  Meet Atlanta! We could get lost in his blue eyes!

Hartford

5

Connecticut was the fifth US State to ratify the Constitution on January 9, 1788! Hartford is the Capital of Connecticut. We think Hartford is full of "heart." He is very sweet!

Boston

6

Massachusetts was the sixth State to ratify the US Constitution on February 6, 1788! Boston is the Capital of Massachusetts.  Meet Boston! He has the most beautiful ice-blue eyes we've ever seen!

Annapolis "Polly"

7

Maryland was the seventh US State to ratify the Constitution on April 28, 1788! Annapolis is the State Capital. Why didn't we just call her "Anna," you might ask? That's my Mother-in-law's name and we thought "Polly" suited her just fine!

Columbia

8

South Carolina was the eight State to ratify the US Constitution on May 23, 1788! Columbia is the Capital of South Carolina!  Meet Columbia!

Concord "Connor"

9

New Hampshire was the ninth US State to ratify the Constitution on June 21, 1788! The Capital of New Hampshire is Concord.. We like to call him "Connor."

Richmond "Richie"

10

Virginia was the tenth US State to ratify the Constitution on June 25, 1788! Richmond is the State Capital; however, our guy with the cool hair definitely looks more like a "Richie," don't you think?!

Albany

11

New York was the 11th State to ratify the US Constitution on July 26, 1788!  While New York is famous for New York City, Albany is the State Capital!  Meet Albany - nicknamed "Puppy" because of his sweet puppy-dog personality!
